I joined the Health Consumers’ Council (HCC) last year, and have been actively participating as a consumer rep for the WELL Collaborative, though our HCC input has now come to an end with the co-designed resources now live.
In a somewhat backwards move, I’ve completed the Introduction to Consumer Representation Training course. Interestingly I wasn’t alone, as the other people in my break out group had been involved as consumer reps for many years!

I’m looking forward to continuing to participate in other opportunities that arise.
