Aromatherapy Massage
As a massage therapist, I often incorporate essential oils into remedial massage where consent has been given to do so.
I also offer dedicated “AromaTouch” massages, which use a clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points on the back and feet to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body.

Essential Oils, Blends, and Aromatherapy Supplies
I stock a range of books, booklets, diffusers, essential oil storage boxes, carrier oils and essential oil containers.

Essential Oil Workshops
I run free introductory workshops for those new to aromatherapy or interested to know how to use essential oils.
I also run practical workshops (usually between $20 – $30 to cover the cost of materials), sometimes in conjunction with other practitioners, to teach you additional skills to make the most of your oils, such as muscle monitoring, reflexology, or “make and take” classes where you can learn how to make specific blends, cleaning products, or foods using therapeutic grade oils.
